To purchase an item from the website you can contact us via email on the submission form or call us on either number on the website. We are always more than happy to discuss in more detail any questions you have about any of our stock.
The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer. We also accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and cash in the warehouse. Card payments can be taken over the phone, all card payments are subject to a 5% charge.
We do not accept payment via Amex, Crypto Currency, Cheque or Postal Order.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer stage payments on selected items. If this is agreed we will require a non returnable deposit, and we expect the payments to be made on the agreed dates without exception. If any payment dates are not honoured we reserve the right to keep the deposit and any interim payments made, and re advertise the item. No refund or compensation will be made to the purchaser without exception.
We offer a National and International delivery service on all items, please contact us for a quote. This is a non-profitable service.
Large and fragile items will be sent via fully insured independent couriers that specialise in delivering antique goods, having worked in the industry for many years.
Smaller items will be sent by post using a tracked and insured service. Postal exclusions for damage apply to some items. Please contact us for more information.
All national orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of payment. International purchases are processed and shipped within 14 days of payment.
