All items are sold as seen without exception.

As items are antique/second hand there will be signs of age and wear which we do our best to describe accurately on the listing. We are happy to provide additional photos on request.

Under the Distance Selling Law Regulation 2000, the consumer has 14 days in which to return an item which must be done at their cost. Once the item has been received and checked a full refund will be offered within 14 days.

All electrical items are sold as not working even if seen to be working and must be checked by a qualified electrician before use without exception.

All images/photos on this website and on our social media sites ie Instagram are owned by Noah Valentine Antiques Limited.

If any of these images are used without our consent (consent will only be given by email), in any capacity for advertising goods / promotion / financial gain, we will seek compensation through the courts without exception.

We are happy to store items which have been paid for, free of charge, for 21 days. After 21 days each item will be charged at £50 per week and we will store for a maximum of 4 weeks. The item will then be sold if not collected and the purchaser will not be reimbursed.

Storage of goods over the time frame outlined above will only been accepted and confirmed by email, not verbally.

Please keep your email as proof of agreement. Without this charges will still apply.

Any storage charges incurred must be paid in full before the item is collected.

Please note, all items are stored at the purchasers risk.

We will not be responsible for any financial loss or damage occurring to any items while in our storage unit.

It is the purchasers responsibility to have their own insurance to cover financial loss, damage or theft.

If the purchaser is collecting items themselves or sending a courier, please note we will need 48 hours notice prior to collection.

Collections are only Monday-Friday, 9.30-3.30pm.

Due to no forklift being on site, if you have purchased a heavy item you will need to send a 2 man courier.

Goods will only be released once any outstanding storage payments are showing as paid.

By entering into a sale via the website, or any of our social media platforms (Instagram), you are entering into a contract accepting our terms and conditions of sale without exception.
