Handsome bank of haberdashery drawers, salvaged from a closed haberdashers on the south coast of England.
Light oak, 20 drawers retaining the metal pull handles.
On the back there is a gilded advertising sign for McCalls printed patterns.
McCalls revolutionised home sewing, introducing the world’s first printed sewing patterns, with instructions written directly on the tissue pattern pieces in 1919.
