A very unusual oil on canvas, reputably Russian and dating 1808.
Depicting a red faced man standing next to an oversized bird in a red cloak, on a flight of stairs.
There are many labels on the back but they are difficult to read.
Some minor age related damage, still decorative and displays well.
Origin: Unknown (possibly Russian)
